This juice is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
Apples 2
Carrots 2
Celery sticks 2
Method:
Wash all vegetables and fruits. Cut off the tops of the carrots. No need to
peel. Use juicer to juice it.
If you are using blender, cut into pieces and blend them with water
(approx. 8 oz, 250 ml) and filter it. Now the juice is ready to drink.
